When the trip ends, the post-trip editor brings together the timeline, itinerary, and spots. Insert those pieces into the article and arrange them into one story instead of rewriting the journey from an empty page.
Published journals appear in the public travel-journal list and search. The route you took through Kanazawa might become the clue someone else needs for their next trip, while journals that interest you can be bookmarked for your own planning.
Your record is complete even if you never publish it. A public journal can be made private again at any time, and personal spot notes are not included on the public page.
